Due to the digital nature of our products (including all digital planners, notebooks, journals, and downloadable templates), all sales are final.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a digital file has been purchased or downloaded.

No Exchanges: Because digital items cannot be physically returned, we cannot accommodate product exchanges.

No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled or reversed once the payment is processed and the download link is generated.
