How will I receive my digital products?
Immediately after your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a secure download link to access your digital files. You can also download them directly from the checkout confirmation page.
I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
First, please check your Spam/Junk or "Promotions" folder, as emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, don't worry! Send us an email at hello@lumiorchid.com with your order number, and we will send your files right away.
Can I get a refund or exchange my product?
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files are purchased. Please review the product photos and descriptions carefully before buying.
📱 Compatibility & Apps
What devices and apps do I need to use these digital planners?
Our digital planners and notebooks are designed to work perfectly on any interactive PDF annotation apps.

Recommended iOS Apps: GoodNotes, Notability, CollaNote, or Freenotes.

Can I use these on a mobile phone (iPhone/Android)?
Yes, you can open and view them on your phone using the same apps, but please keep in mind that our planners are optimized for larger tablet screens to give you the best writing and planning experience.
Do these sync across multiple devices?
Yes! As long as your annotation app (like GoodNotes or Penly) is linked to your cloud storage (Cloud/Google Drive) across your tablet, phone, and computer, your changes will sync automatically.
🎨 Licensing & Terms of Use
Can I share these files with my friends or family?
No. All products from LumiGalaxy are for Personal Use Only. Distribution, sharing, reselling, or using any part of the designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and violates copyright laws.
Can I request a customized digital planner?
We are currently focusing on expanding our shop collections (including student planners and reading journals). While we might not accept individual custom designs at the moment, we love hearing your suggestions! Feel free to email us your ideas.
